Services

Physiotherapists specialize in the assessment and restoration of physical function and movement using a range of manual and exercise therapy techniques. In addition to rehabilitative services, physiotherapists focus on injury prevention, helping their clients maintain general health and prevent injuries from occurring in the first place.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy specializes in supporting patients experiencing pelvic pain during pregnancy. Treatment with pelvic floor dysfunctions such as urinary incontinence, post partum recovery, or pelvic organ prolapse and more.
Massage can help ease stress by reducing muscle tension and helping you relax. Massage Therapy focuses primarily on muscle manipulation, aimed at restoring muscles to optimal length, strength and balance. It is a physical treatment which involves the use of pressure, movement, and vibration on the body to relieve tension and promote healing. Used to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being, massage therapy affects the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems in order to optimize the health of the whole body. It’s also a great way to promote healing and speed up recovery time if you’ve been injured.
Athletic Therapists focus on prevention of injury, proper assessment, and acute and chronic injury management. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping. The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
Recover with confidence in our Knee Post-Op Group Therapy Class for total knee replacement patients! This class blends exercise and education to support your healing and help you regain strength, mobility, and independence after surgery. Led by our experienced professionals, each session includes tailored exercises to enhance knee function, improve flexibility, and reduce discomfort. You’ll also gain valuable insights into managing pain, optimizing recovery, and preventing complications. Connect with others on the same recovery journey for motivation and encouragement.

Take control of your recovery and regain your quality of life with our expert-guided, supportive post-operative therapy class.
Our Naturopathic doctors work with you towards the resolution of acute and chronic illnesses; paying particular attention to the root cause of the illness and the prevention of future disease. Naturopathic medicine is a system of primary health care that combines modern scientific knowledge with traditional, natural forms of medicine.
Myofunctional Therapy addresses clients of all ages regarding oral muscle function, mouth-breathing, tongue posture, TMJ concerns, pre and post-surgery rehabilitation (tongue-tie/frenectomy).
We offer a wide variety of custom and off-the-shelf bracing options to help our patients recover from injury and return to sport. We also provide cold therapy Cold Rush technology to reduce pain and swelling after injury or surgery to speed recovery.
Acupuncture provided by our Physiotherapists has proven benefits for recovering from illness and injury. It can help alleviate symptoms of Arthritis, Sciatica, Back Pain, Bursitis and Neuropathy, among many other conditions. The technique involves inserting thin, disposable needles into specific acupuncture points throughout the body. Most people find acupuncture relaxing and experience minimal discomfort. Relief may be immediate or occur within a few hours or days following treatment.
Our brains are a complex system that uses inputs from the Vestibular system such as visual input, inner ear and your muscles and joints to maintain your balance, orientation, and the ability to see clearly when you move. When your brain has been affected by a concussion, symptoms of headache, fatigue, poor concentration, light and noise sensitivities and vision issues may persist.
Vestibular rehabilitation is a research-based treatment for dizziness and balance problems and is highly effective for all age groups.
Concussions are complicated and therefore treatment needs to be individualized, multi-disciplinary and progressive.
We will help you learn about your condition and develop a customized treatment plan to maximize your body’s ability to reduce or eliminate symptoms.
Orthotic insoles are designed to control the biomechanics of your feet throughout all parts of the walking/running cycle. As with any structure, if the foundation is not stable, the elements above become affected. The goal of orthotic insoles is to correct your foot posture to enable optimal function of your feet and alignment of your legs and spine. In this way, orthotics can help improve conditions affecting your feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back. Orthotics help maximize your posture while walking and running, allowing you to move more efficiently and prevent degenerative changes to the joints of your back and lower extremities. Our orthotics are custom-fitted for you, produced in a lab and distributed by one of our physiotherapists.
